What Could Cause Blood Associated Sneeze?

Hi Doctor,
Earlier this morning I sneezed and only noticed a few minutes later that I also sneezed blood. Right after sneezing I had a chest pain which gradually faded. Prior to that I have been feeling the same pain you would feel when having a brain freeze from eating ice on the left side of my face and it still hasn't gone away. I took paracetamol for the pain but it's still there. What would you advise?

Are you allergic? Do you have recurrent headaches? An active sinus infection can cause bleeding when you sneeze. An associated infection in lungs can cause pain. I advice u to take a ct scan of paranasal sinuses. Take a broad spectrum antibiotic.
