What Causes Terrible Sharp Pain In Chest?

Can anyone please help me? I have a terrible sharp pain in my chest when I sneeze. It's such a bad pain that I am unable to sneeze. I don't try Not to sneeze when I feel this pain, it is simply Automatic that I am Unable to let out the sneeze. I lose all thought of the sneeze when I feel this terrible pain.

It could be intercostal neuralgia or costochondritis called tietz symdrome.It can arise without any reason. You just have to take some pain killers like Diclofenac and tramadol for symptomatic relief. It will be fine in 2-3 weeks. You need to consult a pain physician for proper history and examination to evaluate for any other cause to reach a final diagnosis.
