What Could Cause Blood Spotting & Lower Abdominal Pain?

I have been off my period for 8 days now, and started spotting last night. This morning, I woke up with right sided lower abdominal pain. It has lasted all day long. I had a tubal ligation 5 years ago, so I dont think I am pregnant, but what could this be??

hi what you are having is called mitelschermz syndrome which is unilateral pain and spotting at the time of ovulation. this is not a matter of concern and is normal. you can take tab Meftal spas or drotin for pain relief . all the best take care and don't worry .
