What Could Cause Chronic Subdural Hematoma Over The Left Cerebral Convexity?

I have been going to see a neurologist since july this year complaint was severe headache he ordered MRI, Doppler on carotids and finally ordered a CTA and found a chronic subdural hematoma over the left cerebral convexity and has done nothing nor explained my options any advice as to how to get a better response from the doctor

Treatment basically depends on the amount of mass-effect & neurological impairment caused by the hematoma (its size). Symptomatic collections usually need to be surgically evacuated. If hematoma has not causes any mass effect or quantity is small then it is left to improve itself and symptomatic management is done.
