I have a cluster of tiny black specks on my thumb. They appear to be under the first couple layers of skin and are located near the tip of my thumb right by where the nail ends. I dont know if this second symptom is related but i also have two splinter hemorrhages near the tip of my index finger nail. The symptomatic areas are very small so its a possibility that i may have had them a while and not noticed but they seem to have appeared overnight. Any ideas as to what might have caused this?
