Constant dizziness may be due to many reasons like hypertension, cervical spondylosis, internal ear problem etc. You need clinical correlation and few investigations. You need investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, lipid profile, cervical spine X-ray AP/Lateral. Further investigations MRI (internal ear)can be done if needed.
Proper treatment depend upon clinical findings and investigation reports.
