Hi, I have gone through your problem. Duphastone is progesterone which is given to support the pregnancy, aspirin is given to increase the blood supply to the fetus and folic acid is given to prevent congenital anomalies in the fetus. Cramps in the lower abdomen are common in early pregnancy, and are due to the stretching of the uterine muscles to accommodate the pregnancy. The heavy white and yellow discharge may be due to some vaginal infection and cramps may increase in its presence. I would suggest you to get examined by an OBGYN specialist so that you can be treated properly. To reassure you, white-yellow vaginal discharge with cramps is not usually the sign of abortion, but you need to get your vaginal infection treated for better outcomes.
