What Could Cause Dizziness After A Head Injury When There Is A History Of Vertigo?

I hit the top of my head a couple of weeks ago but have been fine...I do get vertigo and now I m experiencing vertigo, when I lay down on my back, my head starts spinning..does this have anything to do with bumping my head or is it my inner ear again.

Hi,
There are chances that your problem is the same old one, which has made you over cautious now after injury. But best thing is get an appointment with your primary physician, get evaluated, and bad ones ruled out.
Vertigo can be caused by any of the problems, either ear or head

Regards
