What Could Cause Eyes To Be Crossed?

A 3 yr old awoke with eyes crossed, parents took him to ER , child has skull fracture. Parents were moving and a mirro fell on him two days before but they didn't think it was serious. Drs. Are telling parents they don't think the eyes being crossed is related to the skull fracture. He is talking and seems ok. C scan shows no bleeding or swelling.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Eyes crossed or Squint is definitely not related to skull fracture.
Evn microwave oven falling on child head is sufficient to cause skull fracture.
Squint cannot be explained by it.
Would suggest you to consult Opthalmologist for further assessment.

Do get back to me for further queries

Take Care
