Hello,
I carefully read your concerns and I am trying to give you some more information.
During the treatment with eltroxin is very important to check the hormonal level in order to verify if the dose you are taking is the proper one.
Once the hormonal level is within the normal ranges and you still have weakness and palpitations you have to try to find out other causes.
If the TSH level is still high, it means that the hypothyroidism is still present and that is why you have the symptoms. In these cases is recommended to increase the dose.
Hope the information is helpful. I am opened for further questions.

Best wishes,
Dr.M.Guni
