Neurologist 's  Response
Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to an intracranial hemorrhage or a carotido-cavernous fistula.

Temporal arteritis could also mimic this clinical situation (although it is not related to the trauma).

Coming to this point, I would recommend consulting with a neurologist for a careful neurological exam and some tests:

- a brain CT scan or MRI
- inflammationt tests (PCR, sedimentation rate)
- complete blood count for anemia.

It is also important to closely monitor your blood pressure values.

If all the above tests result normal, you should consider post traumatic headache as the main cause of this symptoms.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.

Kind regards, Dr. Aida
