What Could Cause Increase In Heart Rate During Sleeping?
When sleeping under a blanket/covering my heart rate increases disrupting my ability to sleep. My only resolve has been sleep with my chest and my feet uncovered. This occurs regardless of the room temperature. This increased heart rate has also begin to cause, I suspect, soreness possibly in area of between my esophagus and heart which feel like heartburn and/or a feeling of undigested food in that region. Also, what is the correlation between the feat and the heart concerning body temperature?
Hello, I have gone through your query..you mentioned increased heart rate and also soreness in epigastric region.I personally feel this problem is mostly because of stress levels which increases your heart rate and also acidic secretion in stomach which may reflux into esophagus. Please make sure you don't go to bed immediately after your meal which is not recommended.
Thanks, hope this may help you.have a nice day.
