What Could Cause Increased Heart Rate And Chest Pain After Donating Blood?

hi. I recently gave blood at my high schools blood drive and when I got up this morning to take a shower I was in the shower for about 30 minutes with warm water and I ended up getting dizzy my eyes got blurry, my heart was racing and I had a pain in my chest I was so scared. . what do I do?I don't ever want that to happen to me again . .

The most common cause is Anxiety…
Rarely, there could be dehydration, anaemia and so on – but they generally are excluded before donation…
