Hi,

Nothing is abnormal.. There is no need to worry. The hypomelanotic patch you have since childhood is nevus depigmentosus. It is a type of mole...no treatment is required. The pea shaped swelling may be small cyst and is of no importance. The purple linear lesion may be ecchymosis.. blood in dermis of skin, that may clear in few weeks without treatment. Just avoid injuries to the skin to prevent ecchymoses in future.

Hope this helps.

Regards.
