What Could Cause Intense Pain In Stomach And Soreness During Bowel Movements?
I was sitting on the floor leaning against the wall watching a movie on my laptop for quite a while maybe about 3 to 4 hours, when I finally got up I started experiencing pain on my abdominal area, it's been coming and going frequently since last night and now in the morning. It almost feels like stabbing pains on my stomach. I tried to force myself to vomit only to find yellow bile and also passing stools because of the soreness but still nothing is changing, even tried to sleep it off only to wake up with the pain still there. What can this be ?
Hi...it can be either gastritis or a stone in kidney or ureter...the stone pain will be mostly on the sides with maybe burning sensation while passing urine...gastritis pain is in upper abdomen mostly... take some ppi and antacids if its like gastritis... or get a usg done if its like stone...
