What Could Cause Intermittent Pain In Thighs, Especially When Moved, And How To Treat It?

Hello Doctor,
My wife is having pain in right thigh for the last two days. The pain is intermittent i.e. occurs when leg is moved in some angles (like. bending down, getting up).
Could you suggest the cause and necessary treatments?
Thanks and Regards,
Shree
