HI, The itchy rashes by the panty line ,spreading to buttocks, around anus Prmerily seems to be allergic in oregine- panty material may be causing it. tight fitting panty give rise to lot of sweating /making the part damp &wet. This brings about - fungal/bacterial infection in the itchy area which has tendansy to spread. - A wet exima. For this you need an examination by a skin specialist,& treatment. Usually antibiotic/anti fungal ointment along with Betamethasone ointment usually helps. This i accompanied by oral dose ,if needful. Thanks
