What Could Cause Late Periods, Dizziness, Light Pink Discharge With Mild Cramping With History Of Tubal Ligation?

I had a tubal ligation 6 years ago. I'm 2 days late now, dizzy, light pink discharge, nausea, very mild cramping. My period is normally like clock work. My pms is also normally very bad and other than the cramping I don't have any normal pms symptoms.

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

There is nothing much to worry about this condition. As this condition can be due to hormonal irregularities, do a thyroid profile and sugar test, start taking iron folic acid tablet.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
