General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is quite common after polypectomy and it will settle by itself even without any treatment. If symptoms persists you have to consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
