What Could Cause Pain And Burning During Urination Have History Of UTI And Yeast Infection?

I have been experiencing this for a while now, I have pain burning sensation when urinating. It can start at beginning, middle or end and it doesn't happen every time I go. I have seen urologist, pcp and gynecologist. I have had an mri of pelvic, everything was fine. I was diagnosed w 2 UTI in last yr and yeast infections. I have been tested for stds etc. All tests neg. Other symptoms my right side has two arears of dull aches my lower hip pelvic area and upper right abdomen/back...

Hi,
You have symptoms of UTI again get ur mid stream early morning 1st urine sample for routine urine routine & microscopy n culture sensitivity examination and AMA Treatment accordingly under urologist guidance .
