What Could Cause Pain To Child While Lifting Her Up?

my daughter fall from a table and her chest hit the floor. no bruishing but she feel hurt when being lifted up by holding her armpit. she still active as usual and she can move her arm to many direction without seems in pain. she only cried when being lifted up. what is the most possible things happen to her? is it possible fracture or only inflammation? since she still active using both of her hand after the incident,thank you

Welcome to the healthcaremagic
Most possible cause could be fracture clavicle.I have seen it in many patients.Get x ray done.Normally other than figure of 8 bandage nothing needs to be done for it .Give her few days course of NSAIDs.Other possibility could be just muscle sprain. For that NSAIDs only will do.For fracture ribs you need further evaluation
