What Could Cause Persistent Vomiting Along With Weakness And Tiredness?

hi dr i have a best friends mom she is 77 yrs old she has become very weak and just recently started throwing up blood she has complained bout stomach pains she says she takes advil it goes away for a bit then it comes back again she eats very littlae she is refusing to go to the hospital what can we do for her

Gallblader liver gitract, the cause is to be investigated. Ultra sound abdomen can scan galbladder liver stomach and duodenum. Do liver function test. With all theresult case can be diagnosed. In the mean time hydration hasto be maintained by iv dextrose saline and to stop vomitig siquil 1cc im can be given.
