Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

Regarding your query for pressure in head and ear and loss of hearing, though you are not having the tendency of cold but at present your nose is running.

After co-relating all symptoms it appears as your nasal discharge is responsible for infecting throat and ear. Infection from throat reaches to ear via eustachian tube (tubular connection between ear and throat). As soon as this pathological process is over one will feel pressure in head and ear along with hard of hearing. now to get relief you should do-

1- Steam inhalation.

2- Tab Paracetamol.

3- Anti histaminic and decongestant.

4- Adequate fluid orally.

I think above will help you a lot otherwise you have to consult specialist as to avoid complications.

Regards.
