What Could Cause Progressing On And Off Blurriness In Eyes?

My eyes tend to randomly go blurry through the day. I'm not experiencing any headaches or other noticeable issues, just the blurry vision. I get annual eye exams with my optometrist and seem to need stronger glasses and contacts every year, but never had any real "medical" issues with me eyes. I've noticed the blurriness over the past few months get progressively worse. Any ideas?

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello
It seems from the history that you are having blurring of vision which is progressive in nature. The common causes are cataract, retinal problems like age related macular degeneration, retinopathies... The treatment depends on the underlying cause. Hence this requires examination by your ophthalmologist to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
