Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

If abscess has formed its advisable to drain it. Squeezing will let out the pus. It will do no harm.
I would also suggest you to consult Pediatric Surgeon for adequate drainage of pus.

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care

Best Regards
