What Could Cause Recurring Ingrowth Of Toenails That Hurts?

On both of my big toes on the inside I had ingrown toe nails removed and for 6 weeks I have had no pain, then it stated again, where I hurt is my right big toe at the top corner, I believe my toes nail is growing down, but it hurts when I wear shoes that push on my toe nail. This is why I went to the doctor..He told me it was and ingrown toe nail, but I still hurt.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really understand your problem you have to remove the nail form the bed, (Total extraction ) that is the only option you have, then you will be having new growth of nail and that will not grow in, I hope this could help you in talking with your surgeon, have nice day.
I find this answer helpful
