What Could Cause Recurring Loose Bowels?

I ve been having random loose bowel movements at first it was just like water and then after taking some I odium for three days in a row it was still loose but less watery and its been 2 weeks since that and I ve suddenly just had another loose bowel movement. so I m wondering what s going on because this is abnormal for me. Any help would be appreciated

Diarrhea would be at least 3 loose stools and imodium or similar drugs would be used if diarrhea is present.

If you are having diarrhea then the most common cause is infection either viral or bacterial, though viral is more common.
Using probiotics would help to restore normal flora. Fluids, to prevent dehydration is also important.

If it is an occasional loose stool, it is possible that it is in reaction to a particular food/drink so you may want to note if this is occurring.
Probiotics may also help here as well but you would need to eliminate the causative food.
