What Could Cause Severe Pain In Back And Chest Area Along With Stiff Joints?
l am suffering from pain all over my body especially my left side and back also pain around my left chest wall area. my joints are stiff especially first thing in the morning or if I am sitting for long period . I do not sleep very well at night because of back pain also. my quality of life is very low cannot get to do and move around like before. iambic age 59 years.

From history it seems that you might be having generalized degenerative changes in your joints giving rise to this problem.
There might be having osteoporosis or osteomalcia.
Take high dose of calcium, Vitamin A and D supplements.
Go for slow walking daily.
