What Could Cause Sharp Pain In Left Shoulder Blade With Twitching And Trembling Hands?
Hi, I have had a sharp pain in my left shoulder blade since Monday morning - I thought I just slept funny but now it hurts whenever I sit down. Yesterday, my left bicep started twitching and now my left hand twitches (almost trembling). I have tried topical creams, anti-inflammatories, muscle relaxers, advil, aleve, tylenol - nothing has helps. Suggestions of what I can do?
First, by reading your symptoms of shoulder blade pain, I felt it will be inflammation of the trapezius muscle which is common and the pain arises due to it.
But then later you went on to say the pain in the right upper limb and left lower limb. I suspect it to be cervical spine disc pathology and needs attention to take care of it at the soonest.
Meeting up and orthopedist will be of good decision to rule out either it is just trapezius inflammation or it is related to the cervical spine.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
