What Could Cause Small Pelleted Stools With Normal Reports From Colonoscopy And Sigmoidoscopy?

Since last November, my bowel movements have gone from normal to small pellets. I ve increased my fiber and water and I run 4 miles a day and don t feel abnormal stress. I even have added a probiotic and Citrucel bit no change. I had a normal colonoscopy in 2012 and had a sigmoidoscopy last month due to this condition which came back normal. Today I recalled that I bag am Reclast last November. Could there be a connection? Thank you.

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have sluggish movements of the intestines.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms purgatives like cremaffin, or milk of magnesia daily at night.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have blood, general health and resistance against infections.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
