What Could Cause Spotting, Abdominal And Lower Back Pain, Several Days After A Painful Period?
Days after a painful period I have spotting, lower back pain on left side as well as abdomin pain on the left side as well it's been a few months already since I've been having this problem and I told my doctor she gave antibiotics but I still have the problem even after finishing the medicine and also when I drink alcohol I have rectal bleeding

You have described the three conditions altogether and these are not related with each other your problem could be solved with simple antispasmodic and analgesic and the drug of choice would be "Dicyclomine and Acetaminophen this will give best result no need to worry this will get alright have nice day.
