What Could Cause Stomach And Abdominal Discomfort?

A family member has Sjogrens Syndrome, for some time now she has been experiencing stomach and abdominal discomfort almost immediately after eating, she also quite lately having back pain. Has had chronic fatigue since late teens. Has also had glandular fever 4 times.

Hi. This caused because of Sjogrens Syndrome. It's and autoimmune disease. And it effects on Stomach (atrofic gastrit), chronic hepatit, chronic pancreatitis and other problems..
