What Could Cause Sudden Body Pain With Sore Blisters In Mouth?
Hi,Woke up this morning and full body aches but got lots of discomfort on the back of hands (veins quite prominent) and tonight a red/black blister like lump has appeared inside mouth noth sore but irritable. Not feeling great but not sure if just something simple

Woke up with body aches and red/black blister like bump inside your mouth are indicative for viral infection.
I advise to:
- take more rest
- have more fluids
- take painkillers for the pain
- take good oral hygiene (gargle with water and salt, olive oil and honey)
- avoid citrus/too hot foods/drinks
If no improvement, should contact your doctor.
