What Could Cause Weakness And Dizziness That Ceases After Food Consumption, Hunger Or Stopping Of The Medicine Atenolol?

I stopped taking Atenolol for 2 days now and my BP is table...118/88..but sometimes before lunch i feel dizzy, lightheaded and feel weak....but after taking my lunch i gain strength again or it became normal and dizziness, weakness is gone. My question is does being hungry is the culprit of all these things?

Hi,
I read your query and understood your concern.
From what you are saying your problems seems to be related with the hungry and probably are due to hypoglicemia.
So i suggest a full blood and biochemical analysis than an endocrinologist consultation. Also an abdominal echo should be done to exclude any gastrointestinal problem.
Hope i answered to your query.
