What Could Cellular Sertoli Cells In Smear Test Report Suggest?

hi siri am suffering from azoospermia and my blood test and fnac are done. the reports are as follows:
LH: 2.4
FSH: 8.08
reproductive endocrinology: 483 ng/ml
fnac examination:
smears examined form bilateral testicular FNA are scantily cellular showing few sertoli cells lying singly scattered against an ammorphous background.
no cells of spermatogenic series identified.
please recommend what to do next?

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You are suffering from sertoli cell only syndrome. You don't have cells that produce sperm. So you are not able to conceive naturally. You should go for some artificial insemination technique. You can conceive with donors sperm.
