What Could Delayed Periods But Negative Home Pregnancy Test And Bleeding After Sexual Encounter Indicate?
I have not had my period in 54 days. I ve had abdominal pain just like I do when I m about to have my period but nothing happens. I had a pregnancy test that came out negative. I bleed after intercourse and I thought I might be on my period but the bleeding stops right away.

There could be many causes of this post-coital bleeding & delayed periods. Anyway, both conditions need urgent evaluation. You should visit a Gynecologist as soon as possible.
Most important differentials that need to be ruled out are ectopic pregnancy & cervical pathology.
