What Could Delayed Periods But Negative Urine Pregnancy Test Indicate?

I'm 19 and I'm 4 days late for my period, my periods are ALWAYS consistant and I'm never late, my last period was only 3 days instead of the normal 5, I've taken 2 first response home pregnancy tests, one 2 days ago and one today, the were both negative, could I be pregnant? Or if not, then what is wrong?

If you have excluded pregnancy by doing two pregnancy test there are many causes of delay periods ,like :
excess stress
changing schedules
hormonal imbalance ect
Be calm and wait for your periods .
