Posterocentral subligamentus extrusion L2/3 Disc causing thecal sac compression
diffuse annular bulge with right forminal annular tear and focal protrusion L4/5 disc causing thecal sac indetation and right L4 exiting Nerve Root compression
Posterocentral annular tear with focal protrusion L5/S1 disc causing thecal sac compression
suggest me can i cure 100% from my lower back pain problem

There is disc bulge and annular tears ( outer portion of the disc) causing the pressure effect on the theca sac ( spinal chord) and nerve compression at different levels.
Yes you can get treated completely treated. Treatment initially starts with simple back exercises followed by physiotherapy - finally if both doesn't work, operative / interventional procedure is treatment of choice.
