What Could Flu Like Symptoms With Swollen Glands After Endoscopy Mean?
hi i had a upper endoscopy yesterday an this morning i woke up with swallon glands an sore throat which i guess is normal but as the day has gone on i have started to get flu like symptoms headache, aches an pains, drowziness etc is this normal thanks
All the symptoms of headache, swollen glands, aches and pains are seemingly due to flu only. Since you have visited a medical department it is possible that you got the virus there or from a friend or family member. Get a preliminary treatment with Paracetamol and Ibuprofen if it suits you. Take multivitamins. Take bed rest. If you do not get much relief consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, investigations and added treatment as would be suggested by your Doctor.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
