Hi,

All the symptoms of headache, swollen glands, aches and pains are seemingly due to flu only. Since you have visited a medical department it is possible that you got the virus there or from a friend or family member. Get a preliminary treatment with Paracetamol and Ibuprofen if it suits you. Take multivitamins. Take bed rest. If you do not get much relief consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, investigations and added treatment as would be suggested by your Doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
