What Could Group Of Tiny, Bright Pink Veins Gathering In Iris Of Eye Indicate?

I ve noticed that my daughter has a group of tiny veins that have become bright pink and are gathering together towards her iris. There are also tiny bumps that seem to be surrounding the veins close to the iris. We have tried polysporin for eyes and then changed to natural tears for eyes. What could be wrong with her eye. Please help

I really appreciate your concern, such appearance is normal one if no symptoms are there and second and most important is get done the eye examination with ophthalmologist to clear the doubt and do not try to treat the condition, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
