What Could Hard Bump On Left Lower Side Of Stomach Be With Periods Irregularity?

Hi I have a question
I have a hard bump on the left lower side of my stomach close to my uterus and next to my hip I was wondering if anyone would know what it could be? I am 25 years old me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant for over a year now and it seems like I don't get pregnant I also have irregular menstrual cycles my last one was November 15 2013 have done some home pregnancy tests but all come back negative. I need some advice.

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Hard lump in such location seems to be an inguinal hernia. If so, it should be more visible when standing and coughing. Yo may feel also pain when lifting or coughing.
It is hardly possible to have a lump outside which is associated with irregular periods. Even if it seems to be close to uterus, you need to know that abdominal wall is quite thick and strong so you are unable to palpate uterus or ovaries.
Please visit your doctor and have physical examination of this area. In case of doubts, ultrasound should be done.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
