What Could Headache, Nausea, Dizziness And Flutters In Brain Indicate?

hi, i woke up saturday with a severe headache and it lead to severe nausea and dizziness for the next couple of days. I still feel nauseaous, fatigued, dizzy, and i feel flutters every once in a while in my brain. i dont have a fever, ive been staying hydrated and nothing is helping

I really appreciate your concern, this could be non specific one but some time it may be due to hyperacidity and this need to be ruled out here age and gender are missing else some proper reason can be thought hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
