Hi,

How old are you? Please just check your drugs like caffeine, adrenergic agonists, nicotine and alcohol which may aggravate the problem.

Other possibilities like hyperthyroidism or Beriberi, anaemia or atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter etc. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Avoid caffeinated drinks.

Do yoga and meditation daily. If Symptoms do not improve, please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
