Burning sensation after intercourse ,bump on top of tube can mostly be due to infection of Epididymis (Epididymitis )
Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis. 1) Urine routine and culture. 2) Ultrasound scanning of Scrotum .
In the mean while start taking antibiotics like Doxicycline and Nitrofurantoin along with anti inflammatory medication Diclofenac twice daily orally and urine alkalizer Citralka thrice daily will help to resolve the issue .
Ensure to drink more waater to keep urine dilute .
