What Could Intramural Lesions On Endometrial Plate, In Scan Report Suggest?

I am 7wk 4day pregnant just started bleeding and the scan shows gravid anteverted, regular outline ad echo, there is a posterior intra-mural mass lesion measuring 44mm*41mm seen displacing the endometrial plate anteriorly. Cavity contains an irregular gestational sac with dilated yolk sac ad foetal pole with no demonstrable cardiac activity noted

1.Features suggestive of missed abortion (failed pregnancy).
2.The reason for this is presence of fibroid ( lesion in the uterus).
3.The scan says your uterus is gravid - means presence of pregnancy, posteriorly to the uterus an intra muscle (uterine muscular layer) lesion - mostly fibroid causing mass effect on the endometrial cavity pushing anteriorly.
4.Because of which gestational sac is distorted - shows irregular shape.
5.Absence of fetal heart rate means non live fetal pole.
