What Could It Be If Blood Is Coming Out Of Nose After Fracturing Cheek, Skull And Sinuses?

about two months ago I had a fall that fractured my cheek bone, skull, and sinuses. The doctors said that my pain would go away in about 4 weeks but it has hasnt and I still have globs of blood coming out of my nose at times what could this be and how could this be treated ?

the pain could be because of malunion fractured bone or any fractured tooth in that region, or it could be because of secondary infection of the fractured site...the bleeding could be due to secondary infection or sudden change in temperature... consult your oral maxillofacial surgeon for needful..
