What Could It Be If Having Dry Mouth, White Film On Inner Lips And Redness In Outer Lips?

Under my tongue became inflammed for about 2 days. After the inflammation went down I experienced very dry mouth. then this white film started to form on the skin of the inner part of my lips. My outside lips are now red and chapped. There are no signs of sores, blisters, bumps of any kind. Any idea of what this may be ? I quit smoking 10 months ago. I drink red wine daily. Could this be a condition that arose from having smoked for 20years?
