What Could It Be If Having Lightheadedness With Strange Pain In Eyes?

I have been lightheaded for months with a strange pain in my eyes. This use to go away for as long as a week but would then come back like a flip of light switch it has been constant now though for months. I have been for all sorts of tests with no answer

complete eye examination is to be done.Refraction fundus examination, taking IOT and local examination of eye.Involvement of sinuses is to be ruled out.With these test result consult an eye doctor.
