What Could It Be If Having Mid Back Pain, Loss Of Apetite And High BP?

I am having mid back pain (radiating burning sensation) similar to a gall bladder attack (had my out about 5 years ago). Loss of appetite. My creatinine is 76. Creatinine clearance >60. I spent a night in emerg and they did ekg, chest xrays, blood work. Blood pressure was 171/126. They have order a CT exam on the thorax. I do not know what they might be looking for. I do not understand creatinine levels (is mine normal).

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and from the history given here I could say that the creatinine value can not be 76 it is great mistake you did in reading or understanding this may be 0.76 and not 76, if this is 0.76 then it is normal and no need to worry, looking your clinical history you might be advised for investigations, take care and have a nice day.
