What Could It Be If Having Stomach Issues Even After Cutting Gluten From Diet?

I keep getting stomach pain (sometimes very bloated, some nausea, sometimes gurgle) and in spite of cutting gluten as a trial after a bad reaction to bread and pasta, still in pain often. Am on naproxen and iron supplements from my doctor and ct scan showed no abnormalities. What else might it be?

I noticed you mention you take naproxen (does not say why). Naproxen is an NSAID and can cause gastritis and stomach ulcers. Perhaps you can take a different type of anti-inflammatory medication. Acetaminophen (tylenol) is effective for mild to moderate pain and if taken in the correct dose, does not irritate the stomach.
Another condition you may have is acid reflux which can cause gurgling, and stomach pain. You can strat a trial of zantac or omeprazole which is available over the counter, best to take 1/2 hr prior to breakfast on an empty stomach.
Have you tried to eliminate dairy from your diet. Many adults develop lactose intolerance.
Hope this has been helpful
